West College Phase 2 Sewer Replacement

Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Linkedin Email this link

West College Phase 2 is comprised of replacement and rehabilitation of the wastewater collection system in the areas of West College Addition, Duck Addition, and Hamilton Addition; and rehabilitation of manholes throughout the collection system.

This is an important and necessary undertaking for the City. The existing sewer infrastructure in this area is very old and undersized for the growing development. Replacing the sewer lines and rehabbing the manholes will ensure the collection system is able to handle the current and future wastewater flows.

City staff will begin contacting property owners and residents who will be impacted by the project to discuss needed easements and right of entry agreements. You can stay updated on this project's progress by clicking "subscribe" on the right or by visiting our project page here.
